Radio 4's Today programme called me on Friday to ask if I could speak on the abuse crisis and the Pope. I was away and couldn't manage it, so I put them in touch with Father Robert Gahl, a professor of moral philosophy at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross here in Rome.
I'm glad he did it - Father Robert, who is always thoughtful and articulate, did a far better job than I could have done on a radio programme which can often be hostile to the Church. The interview can be found by clicking here.
